DoneFast is a native kanban task manager for Mac, iOS, and Android that organises your work into projects — say, Website, App, or Marketing — and groups of projects, like Work and Home. Work at any level — a single project, a group of projects, or everything at once — and the priority order stays coherent throughout. Capture a thought by hotkey or voice before it's gone, sync the way you choose, no account required.

• Sync on your terms. Connect Google Drive, point it at a folder your cloud already syncs, or run the open-source server on your own hardware. No account with DoneFast either way.
